National CSA Sign-Up Day
In celebration of National CSA Sign-Up Day on Friday, February 26, 2016, Seven Springs Farm is offering a special option for anyone who enrolls in the CSA on that day. Members who register on February 26 will have the option to choose either a) a half-price herb share (receive about 20 weeks of fresh herbs each week for $20 instead of the normal $40 price) or b) a Seven Springs Farm T-Shirt featuring the lovely Seven Springs Farm logo on a soft green background (currently available shirt sizes: Women’s – SM, MED, LG, X-LG or Men’s – SM or MED).

Download our sign up form below or contact Polly (540) 651-3226 for a paper copy. You can print the form, fill it out, and mail it with your deposit. We advise joining quickly as there is limited space available. Priority is given to returning members. We accept new members on a first come, first served basis using the date we receive your deposit.
